DOMESTIC TRAVEL ADVICE
As a result of ongoing government-imposed travel restrictions, many of our customers have regrettably become impacted by forced tour suspensions or are choosing to postpone their trips due to ongoing uncertainty. We are equally frustrated that this unprecedented event continues to impact our customers' travel plans and are doing everything we can to keep our customers informed, where required. At this stage, we have contacted those with scheduled Australian tour departures until 31 December 2021 in regards to the status of their tour.
If you are travelling beyond this time and should your booking become impacted and is suspended by one of our travel partners, we will be in contact with you and only when that happens. Until then, rest assured that we are in constant contact with our travel partners around the country and will reach out to you the moment we receive an update about your booking. At this stage, however, with borders opening up and travel resuming, we do not expect any further bookings to become impacted.
In the event of any known disruption, our team works in departure date order and are reassessing each booking as regularly as possible. At this stage, with government travel advice changing frequently, we endeavour to contact customers at least one week prior to their scheduled departure.
Please only contact us via email if you wish to make a voluntary change to your booking. For any voluntary change or cancellation request, we will refer to our standard terms and conditions that you can view here.
Should you be impacted, while we do everything possible to minimise the uncertainty & cost of government-mandated travel restrictions, some service providers may not waive all fees. At this stage, Inspiring Vacations will not be charging fees should your booking be impacted by government restrictions.

At this point in time, we have suspended all New Zealand bookings until 30 April 2022.
If you have confirmed travel to New Zealand beyond this time, please wait to hear from us regarding the status of your booking. If you wish to make a voluntary change, you are welcome to do so via email to support@inspiringvacations.com.

INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ADVICE
The team at Inspiring Vacations monitor conditions and official government websites regularly. We will make decisions based on informed advice from several sources and any decision we make is in the interest of our customers.
At this stage, all international travel (excluding New Zealand) has been suspended until 17 December 2021.
Beyond this time, travellers with bookings to Norway, Egypt & Vietnam have been suspended until 28 February 2022. All other destinations and group departure dates will be assessed individually and should your booking become impacted in any way, you will be contacted via email. We ask that you do not contact us to understand the status of your booking.
We have collated all frequently asked questions HERE in relation to this event to efficiently assist our customers and to avoid any unnecessary delays.
