Please carefully read the following terms and conditions as by using this Website or purchasing any of the products or services offered by Inspiring Vacations Pty Ltd ACN 623 610 711, trading as Travelspree.com.au, you agree to have read, understood and be bound by these terms as well as the terms specific to each package and published on the relevant package page and which supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. References to Website refer to www.travelspree.com.au and references to Package refer to the product purchased on the Website and all of its advertised components.
All care is taken to ensure that the information published on the website with regards to the destination, package or its components is accurate. In some cases, the information provided may serve only as a guide and actual circumstances may differ whilst on tour, such as routing or accommodation. Packages or excursion itineraries may change or be different from those described in the brochure as a result of local conditions, weather conditions and annual events. Travelspree.com.au will endeavor to notify you of any significant changes prior to your departure. Material published on the Website should not be viewed as advice and is provided for information purposes only. We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the components of the package prior to purchase. Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to alter Website information at any time without notice.
Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to restrict access to the Website, from communicating with Travelspree.com.au or from completing a booking for any reason and at any time at its sole discretion.
Use of the Website
You agree not to use the website in any way that interferes with its normal operation. Any data gathering or extraction methods are strictly prohibited without prior consent. Any information or intellectual property owned or licensed by Travelspree.com.au and published on the Website shall not be copied or commercialised without the prior consent of Travelspree.com.au. Where payment is processed on the Travelspree.com.au website, you warrant that the details used are your own or those of a third party who has consented for you to use those details and that you are fully responsible for their use.
These terms & conditions
You agree that every booking is subject to the terms & conditions in place at the time of your booking. These terms are available for review prior to booking. Further, these terms will be emailed to you soon after your booking is completed and will continue to be available online during every applicable cooling-off period for further review.

By signing up as a member, you accept and agree that:
Payments made to Travelspree.com.au may be subject to transaction fees, including if by credit card or Paypal. Applicable fees will be disclosed at the time of payment.
The completion of a booking may require a deposit or full payment and all prices are detailed prior to booking on the Website unless varied by promotional campaigns or special offers, the application of which will be subject to the terms specific to that campaign or offer. Prices may be on a per person twin share basis. It is the customer's responsibility to review their order prior to payment as refunds may not be available or cancellation fees may apply should you choose to cancel.
You are responsible for making all payments, including any additional charges arising from optional activities, services or variations and any final payment should only a deposit have been paid, regardless of whether your booking contains other travellers or you are purchasing on behalf of another party.
The immediate cancellation of your booking may occur should payment not settle with Travelspree.com.au by the due date. In such an event, refunds or the reinstatement of your booking may not be available. Should it be agreed that a booking be reinstated, fees may apply.
Published prices are for a limited time only and may change from time to time for reasons including but not limited to fluctuations in the cost of the package components or special offers. Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to vary the price of its packages at any time and without notice or to vary the required deposit amount. Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice. Such changes will apply to bookings made after those changes are made. Purchases made prior to a decrease in price will not be entitled to a refund equal to the difference in the amount paid and the new price or for their deposit amount to be adjusted. As a result, customers travelling on the same departure may have been charged different amounts and refunds will not be available for any differences in pricing. Prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Full Payment 5% Discount
Some packages may offer a full payment option in conjunction with a 5% discount and will be available as part of the check-out where applicable. This option is not available to bookings made using credit and the discount cannot be combined with any other discount or offer. The discount applies only to the base component of the tour package and does not apply to additional components including, but not limited to, add-ons, optional tours, extensions or special requests. Normal terms with regards to cancellations and refunds continue to apply. Once booked, payment cannot be reverted to the instalment payment option.
All bookings should be reviewed upon confirmation to ensure all details are correct and to communicate any errors as soon as possible.
Where a comparative ‘typically’ price is displayed next to the advertised price, it should be taken as a comparison to a product of similar duration, standard of travel and inclusions to that destination that is available for sale to the public for a similar time of travel. Where a comparative product of the same duration cannot be found, an average price per day may be used. Where a comparative product of similar inclusions cannot be found, the products of multiple providers may be combined to produce a comparative price.
Where a comparative 'don't pay' price is displayed next to the advertised price, this should be taken as the price of the same product after the conclusion of the introductory and promotional price. Prices should be expected to revert to this comparative price at the time indicated in the promotion's terms & conditions.
Current Contests and Competitions
From time to time, Travelspree.com.au may run contests or competitions and applicable terms can be found HERE.
While all reasonable efforts are made to accurately publish availability, in the event that your booking is not confirmed, a full refund will be provided. In such circumstances, Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any other expenses or loss incurred.
Traveller Details Form
In order to arrange your travel, Travelspree.com.au must be provided with your traveller details submitted via the Website through you Travel Details booking form. We recommend providing these details within 24 hours of your booking and any delay may result in your booking not being confirmed or an increase in price.
From time to time, Travelspree.com.au may offer promotional codes or discounts, the use of which is subject to the terms specific to that promotion.
All Other Offers
From time to time, offers and promotions will be made available to customers either directly by Travelspree.com.au or through 3rd party channels and websites. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following terms and conditions apply to these offers:
Anything not described in the package terms or itinerary are not included in your package. Anything specifically mentioned as an Exclusion is not intended to be exhaustive.
Please refer to individual package terms to determine whether travelling with minors is permitted and minimum ages. Where permitted, all travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All accommodation must be shared with an accompanying adult.
While not prevalent in Australia, tipping is an important custom in many parts of the world and may or may not be included in your package. Where tipping is not included, any amount paid is entirely at your discretion and no reimbursement will be provided upon your return. However, in recognition of great service and with regard to local traditions, we recommend you partake in this practice. Guidelines may be provided prior to departure and, while all reasonable care is taken to ensure they accurately reflect local expectations, recommended tipping may change. Where tipping is included in the package, no refund will be available.
The hotels listed in the terms of the package should be viewed as a guide only and, where not available, a hotel of similar standard will be provided. Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of a change in hotel, for example in relation to personal arrangements. Customers travelling together on the same package may be accommodated in different hotels and no compensation will be provided for being in accommodation different to other travellers. While all care is taken in selecting hotels of an appropriate standard, the day to day operations of the hotel remain beyond the control of Travelspree.com.au and any injury, illness or loss of enjoyment resulting from a fault on the part of the hotel, including its employees and contractors, will not be the responsibility of Travelspree.com.au. Requests for specific room types are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. While all reasonable efforts are made to secure non-smoking rooms, this may not be possible due to local customs.
Hotel check-in is subject to the timing stipulated by the hotel. Early check-in will not be provided where flights arrive early and late check-out will not be provided where flights depart late. Availability of early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of the hotel and the customer is responsible for any additional costs.
Transfers may be included in your package and may be on a group or individual basis. Transfers cannot be redirected from an alternative source or to an alternative destination. Should the transfer be missed for any reason, it is the customer's responsibility to make their way to the necessary destination. No refund will be provided where the transfer remains unused. Should a requested flight variation to arrive early or depart late be arranged, any included airport transfers may not be included and is subject to the terms specific to that package.
Any activity undertaken during any free time whilst on tour is at the discretion of the individual traveller and Travelspree.com.au will not be responsible for any circumstances arising from those activities. This includes shopping and Travelspree.com.au carries no liability for the quality or delivery of any items purchased and the use of any payment method is entirely at the customer's own risk.
Virtually all countries have public holidays, religious or otherwise. The festivities may temporarily disrupt your holiday and some religious holidays may result in a reduction of facilities and entertainment.
Health & Fitness
Everyone deserves to be inspired by travel and we welcome anyone seeking to explore the world’s great destinations. Our packages may involve long days, walking, climbing stairs, the carrying of luggage and extreme heat or cold, and we recommend that you familiarise yourself with the package itinerary to ensure the suitability of the package to your abilities. Should there be any hesitations, we recommend you consult a doctor.
At the time of booking, any disability or medical condition that may require assistance while on tour must be disclosed. Travelspree.com.au will make all reasonable efforts to ensure those requirements are catered for, however we cannot guarantee that all component service providers will comply with your request and we will not be held liable for any failure to accommodate your requirements or for any denial of service. Further, Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any injury, illness or loss of enjoyment resulting from any disability or medical condition. Where a component of a package, or the package in its entirety, is not able to be provided as a result of a disability or medical condition, no refund will be available. Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to remove a passenger from the group for health & fitness related reasons and will not be liable for any resulting loss or additional costs.
Medical professionals cannot be guaranteed to accompany any of our tours and it is the customer's responsibility to obtain any medical assistance required. Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any costs incurred or for the quality of care provided.
All airfares are arranged with third party airlines according to the terms specific to the product and, where included in the package, may be booked at any time after booking at the discretion of Travelspree.com.au. Where no variations have been requested at the time of booking, the Package airfare will be booked with no further correspondence. Where multiple airlines are listed in the Package terms, the airline chosen from that list will be entirely at the discretion of Travelspree.com.au and any change will be subject to availability as well as the payment of resulting charges. Where variations to the Package airfare are requested, Travelspree.com.au will make contact to quote the requested itinerary and invoice for any additional fees.
Once airfares have been booked, regardless of whether details have been provided to the customer, any changes will incur fees from both Travelspree.com.au and the airline. Airfares will be booked according to the information provided by the customer and Travelspree.com.au will not be held liable for any costs resulting from the provision of incorrect information. Any change to the identity of the airline, flight timing or aircraft type (if advertised) will not entitle the customer to cancel or change to other arrangements without paying any applicable cancellation fees except where specified in these booking conditions.
In the event of a schedule change, delay or disruption, which remain at the sole discretion of the airline, Travelspree.com.au will not be held liable for any resulting costs, such as those incurred in joining the tour at a different location or additional accommodation, or refund any package component not received. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions specific to the airline, such as with regards to luggage limits or conditions of carriage, and to regularly check schedules prior to departure for any changes. Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any costs resulting from a change in airport within a departure city.
Airfares Separate From Other Components
While we seek to provide a seamless booking experience, you agree that any flight arrangement made with Travelspree.com.au is independant of any other travel component booked. While all reasonable effort will be made to ensure your travel operates without interruption, any flight booking will be viewed independantly from any land, cruise or other flight component. Flight bookings may require different payment terms, which will be advised at the time of booking, and will be subject to the terms of the carrier booked in addition to the Travelspree.com.au Terms & Conditions.
Where the flight itinerary is chosen and confirmed by the customer, it remains the customer's responsibility to ensure flights are booked to meet the requirements of the travel package as published on the package itinerary. This includes flight itineraries suggested by Travelspree.com.au as part of its booking system. You agree that Travelspree.com.au is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an interruption, change or cancellation of your flight arrangements with regards to other travel components booked. Further, you agree that Travelspree.com.au is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from an interruption, change or cancellation of your tour package with regards to your flight arrangements.
Travel insurance is not included in your package. You are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking that includes (without limitation) coverage for the cost of your holiday package, medical expenses, loss of luggage, cruise and land content and airfare changes that may occur due to cancellation, impossibility of performance or other frustration, disruption, loss of deposit or strikes. Travelspree.com.au does not provide advice in relation to travel insurance. While customers may be referred to a nominated travel insurance provider, Travelspree.com.au does not represent that provider and any resulting purchase of insurance is at the customer’s sole discretion.
Visa & Passports
It is the customer’s responsibility to investigate the visa requirements of their intended destination and to ensure they have a valid visa and passport. Your requirements are dependent on your own personal circumstances and Travelspree.com.au is not in a position to provide advice nor be held liable for any denial of service resulting from a failure to procure a valid visa or passport.
It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of conditions in their intended destination before and during their travel. We recommend you review the information published on www.smarttraveller.gov.au and to register your travel plans.
All on-tour complaints should in the first instance be communicated to your tour manager or third-party service provider as many issues can be resolved in a timely manner with proper communication. Failure to do so may result in any claim for compensation to be reduced or denied.
Should you wish to contact Travelspree.com.au directly, please email email@example.com within 30 days from the completion of your package. Communication after this time may result in any claim for compensation being reduced or denied.
For the avoidance of doubt, any indication that may be provided as to a refund available to you should be taken as an estimate and may be dependent on funds being returned by independent third-parties suppliers.
Errors & Omissions
Information published on the Website may be dependent upon various sources, including from third-party travel providers. While all reasonable care is taken to ensure information is accurate and up to date, errors or omissions may occur from time to time.
Such errors or omissions may include, but are not limited to, circumstances where (a) incorrect pricing prohibits the confirmation of that booking at the published price (b) incorrect inventory prohibits the confirmation of the booking in any form (c) a pricing error results in a materially unreasonable outcome, such as a luxury package secured for $1.00.
In such circumstances, we reserve the right to amend your booking in consultation with you should that error or omission be beyond the reasonable control of Travelspree.com.au. Further, Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to cancel your booking without liability and provide a full refund.
The package terms and itinerary will contain most of the information relevant to your package. Specific booking information will be provided approximately 14 days prior to travel and may be provided as package components are booked at the discretion of Travelspree.com.au. The non-delivery of documentation for any component should not be taken to indicate the level of fulfilment completed to date.
Any special requests should be detailed in your booking form and, while all reasonable efforts are made to satisfy your requests, Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any injury, illness or loss of enjoyment resulting from a component service provider’s failure to satisfy your request.
All reasonable efforts will be taken to satisfy bedding or cabin requests, however, Travelspree.com.au will not be responsible for any changes made at the discretion of the third party provider.
Any request at the time of booking to vary the standard package is on a request basis only and Travelspree.com.au does not guarantee that the request will be met. Any request after booking may be denied at the discretion of Travelspree.com.au or its suppliers. All changes will incur a change fee of $250 per person in addition to any further charges resulting from the request. Where the request requires additional fees, a quote and invoice will be provided which must be paid by the expiry time listed. Payment of the invoice will be taken as acceptance of the quote and any amount paid becomes strictly non-refundable. Where payment is not received by the expiry time the quote will be cancelled and Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to deny any future request. Should an additional quote be provided, Travelspree.com.au cannot guarantee that the same terms and price will be available.
Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to remove from the package any traveller who’s behaviour is considered inappropriate or not in the interests of other travellers. No refund will be available to anyone removed from the tour for inappropriate behaviour and Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any additional costs incurred.
Weather and Seasonality Predictions
Across our range of packages and destinations, there will be peak season times of travel, which generally revolve around the best weather expected or local events hosted during a season. We rely on weather reports provided at the time of releasing a tour, along with expert information provided by our local partner, when it comes to highlighting which of our departure dates fall over peak season. While every effort is made to ensure that we schedule our tours over the most favourable time to experience local events, changes in expected weather conditions will have an impact on these predictions, which unfortunately is beyond our control. Customers will not be entitled a refund or compensation should their tour be impacted by a change in weather or seasonality predictions.
Bookings Through A Travel Agent
Your travel agent will forward deposits and other payments to us on your behalf, but your travel agent is not our agent for the purpose of receipt of monies. Receipt of deposits and subsequent payments by the travel agent does not constitute receipt of those monies by us and the travel agent has no authority expressed or implied to receive monies on our behalf. There is no liability on the part of Travelspree.com.au in respect to any monies paid to your travel agent unless and until Travelspree.com.au notifies you (by way of a booking confirmation advice or payment receipt advice) that monies have been received by Travelspree.com.au. Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to cancel any ticket or booking or refuse to carry any passenger where payment has not been received by Travelspree.com.au within the specified time.
Credits may be issued from time to time, including, for example, as part of a promotion or by agreement in lieu of a cash refund. Credits may only be used on the Travelspree.com.au website where they have been issued under the Travelspree.com.au brand and will be subject to the terms & conditions described at the time of their issue. Credits issued by any other company or brand will not be valid.
Unless otherwise stated, for Inspiring Vacations operated tours, a full refund will be available within 48 hours of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Beyond this time, components of your package may begin to be secured and as such your booking becomes strictly non-refundable and non-changeable. Different cooling-off periods may apply to different packages and this will be stated on the applicable package page.
For all third-party packages that are operated independently, there is no refund available once your booking has been made.
Where cancellations, including postponements, are requested due to external requirements that do not directly impact the ability of Inspiring Vacations or its partners to deliver your package, the request will be considered voluntary in nature. As such, bookings will be strictly non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to meet any imposed travel requirements and any costs in meeting those external requirements will be the responsibility of the customer. This may include, but is not limited to, any quarantine requirements at the beginning or the conclusion of your journey and testing or vaccination requirements imposed by operators, regulatory bodies or governments.
Changes or Cancellation by Travelspree.com.au
Travelspree.com.au endeavours to provide you with all the services confirmed to you at the time of your booking. However, Travelspree.com.au plan arrangements a long time in advance of your departure date using independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, etc. over whom we have no direct control. On occasions that changes do have to be made, Travelspree.com.au reserves the right to cancel or amend bookings accordingly and will not be liable for any other expenses or loss incurred.
This may include circumstances where your booking cannot be confirmed by the third-party provider or is later cancelled by that third-party provider. Travelspree.com.au works with various third-parties to provide your package over which the company has no control.
Where Travelspree.com.au cancels a booking, it will provide a refund of all amounts paid. This does not include circumstances where a booking is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event. Travelspree.com.au will not be liable for any other loss resulting from a booking being cancelled or not being confirmed. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment, which may include the issueing of a credit if credit was redeemed to arrange the booking.
Force majeure means the occurrence of an event that is beyond Travelspree.com.au’s reasonable control and which could not have been reasonably prevented by Travelspree.com.au, which includes, but is not limited to: (a) war, armed conflict, criminal damage, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity or the threat of any such acts; (b) natural disasters (including but not limited to flooding, fire, earthquake, landslide, adverse weather conditions, high or low water levels; (c) nuclear or other industrial accident causing environmental pollution or contamination; (d) epidemics, pandemics, quarantines or any other public health crisis, including COVID-19 and its variants; or (e) change in law, meaning enactment, amendment (including repeal) in the law or administration of any law in Australia or any jurisdiction or territory relevant to the booking contract, which includes changes in statute, regulation determination, by-law, declaration, licence and the common law as applicable from time to time, including but not limited to travel or movement restrictions imposed by state, federal or foreign governments.
Termination of Booking Contract or Change to Travel Arrangements due to Force Majeure
If Travelspree.com.au, in its reasonable opinion, considers that any Force Majeure event prevents Travelspree.com.au (whether directly or indirectly through its employees, contractors, subcontractors and agents) from lawfully or safely providing any products or services subject to the booking contract with you, Travelspree.com.au may immediately by written notice: (a) terminate your booking contract (in whole or in part); or (b) change your travel arrangements as reasonably practicable to ensure your safety and invoice you for any additional costs.
Limitation of Liability in the Event of Force Majeure
In the event of a force majeure event making it impossible or unsafe for Travelspree.com.au to deliver all or part of the package, Travelspree.com.au will not be obliged to provide a refund for unperformed parts of the package. Instead, a credit will be issued to the value of amounts paid towards unperformed parts of the package less the value of unrecoverable costs incurred prior to the force majeure termination of the travel arrangements. Such costs may amount to a substantial proportion of the booking price and may include, but is not limited by, airline or cruise cancellation fees, charter commitments and a proportion of operating costs incurred in the normal running of the business, which may include, but will not be limited to, those incurred in the procurement, acquisition, management and fulfilment of a typical booking. Such fees are incurred in the normal operation of the business, including to provide high levels of quality, service and safety before and during a customer's travel experience. Travelspree.com.au will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise losses incurred by customers, however, the extent of such costs can only be known at the time of cancellation and may be dependant on such factors as a package's components, the booking's stage in fulfilment or specific requests made in relation to the booking. In order to maximise the value provided to customers in the case of a Force Majeure event, credits may be issued against any third party supplier responsible for delivering a component of your package. We encourage customers to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against loss in such circumstances.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that Travelspree.com.au being prohibited from delivering your package by reason of Force Majeure has been considered as a potential, though unlikely, outcome. In response to such a Force Majeure event, you acknowledge that the contract has not been frustrated for the reason that the contract can continue to be fulfilled through the issue of a credit towards future travel.
Issued credit may be used on the Travelspree.com.au website only unless expressly approved otherwise and availability and validity restrictions may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Our packages may comprise the services of multiple independent providers who are not agents or employees of Travelspree.com.au and whose day to day operations are beyond the control of Travelspree.com.au. While all care is taken in selecting those providers, Travelspree.com.au is not responsible for the provision of that service or for any resulting injury, illness or loss of enjoyment. By purchasing your package, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with your chosen destination or package activities. It is the customer’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with the terms and conditions applicable to each service provider.
Travelspree.com.au accepts no responsibility for any death, injury, illness, loss (including loss of enjoyment), damage, detention, delay (including mechanical breakdown) beyond its control.
Any term, condition or warranty expressly or implied by statute or otherwise in respect of the holiday packages contained in the brochure are excluded to the full extent permitted by law. Nothing in these booking conditions excludes, restricts or modifies the application of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) as amended, consolidated, supplemented or replaced.
To the full extent permitted by law, Travelspree.com.au’s liability arising under or in connection with these booking conditions: (a) is limited to the resupply of the package purchased or the equivalent cost of supplying that package; and (b) excludes liability for any indirect or consequential losses suffered by you or any third party however caused, including but not limited to pure economic loss or any special, extraordinary or punitive damage to you or any other party.
You agree to indemnify Travelspree.com.au and its directors, officers and employees against any loss, including legal fees, or liability arising from your own conduct or breach of this agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You may change your original date of travel free of charge up until 7 days prior to departure only should your booking is disrupted by COVID-19. This includes but not limited to, government border restrictions being in place, your postcode is defined as a hotspot, you are required to self-isolate, are awaiting test results or are a confirmed case. We may require a medical certificate depending on the reason for your required date change.
Should your new date of travel be travelling in a different season, seasonal costs may apply and will be collected at the time of amending your departure date. Further, should there be any costs associated to arrangements booked independently that this must be paid by the customer and the supplier nor the team at Travel Spree will contribute to these costs in any way.
Any other change request received outside of these circumstances will be treated as per our terms and conditions, where further fees may apply.
Please note that given current circumstances, that there may be a required change to your itinerary and selected departure date. Please note that any change to itinerary or pre-arranged sightseeing is well beyond our control and is to ensure the health and safety of all customers. Should your chosen itinerary be affected, we will be in touch with you to advise. You will be provided with contact information in case of emergency approximately 30 days before departure.
We kindly ask that you continue to follow local government advice throughout your travels.
